Terms of Service
Last updated: October 2026
These terms govern your use of the DivineADU website. By using this site, you agree to them. Please read them carefully.
Scope
This is a marketing website for DivineADU's ADU project services in Ontario. It is intended to inform homeowners and to let you request a consultation or feasibility review.
No contractual obligation from website use
Using this website, requesting information, or submitting a form does not create any contract or obligation to provide services. A binding agreement between you and DivineADU is formed only through a separately signed scope-of-work document.
DivineADU is not a builder
DivineADU plans projects, coordinates design and permits, and introduces and coordinates independent licensed builders. DivineADU does not construct homes. Construction is carried out under a separate contract between you and the builder, who is responsible for the work and for any warranty, including Tarion coverage on new homes.
Estimates are not guarantees
All cost, rent, return-on-investment, value-uplift and timeline figures shown on this site are educational estimates based on general market data. They are not quotes, promises or guarantees. Your actual results depend on your lot, suite size, finishes and municipality.
Feasibility and approvals
Every project requires a property-specific feasibility review and the necessary municipal approvals. Nothing on this site should be taken as confirmation that a particular ADU can be built on a particular property.
Third-party links
This site links to third-party resources (such as government and municipal pages) for your convenience. These links are provided as references only. DivineADU does not control and is not responsible for the content of third-party sites.
Intellectual property
All content on this site — text, images, graphics, logos and design — is © DivineADU 2026, all rights reserved. You may not reproduce or reuse it without our written permission.
Copyright complaints
If you believe content on this site infringes your copyright, email info@divineadu.com with the subject line "Copyright complaint" and include: your name and contact details; the work you own; the page address (URL) of the material you say infringes it; and a statement that the information in your notice is accurate and that you own the copyright or are authorised to act for the owner. We will acknowledge your notice, review it, and remove or disable the material if the complaint is valid. If we remove something you posted or supplied, we will tell you and you may reply with your side.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by the law of Ontario, DivineADU is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of, or reliance on, this website or its content.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein.
